The SubDude-II Subwoofer Isolation Platform by Auralex is designed to improve the resolution of a small subwoofer by decoupling it from the floor in order to reduce structural vibrations. SubDude-II platforms feature a velour covering over an inert structural layer that floats on a cushion of Auralex Platfoam. Subwoofer isolation results in a cleaner and tighter bass, reduced coloration, and a more accurate low-frequency response.
