Just the right size that I was looking for and I like the navy color. This is the only one that I found with 8x10 and 5x7 pictures in one album.
Post distance is different - be careful with your refills
I have a couple of these albums (very good quality) that I bought and used as a scrap book quite a few years ago. Turns out the current version of this album cover no longer has a frame and in the pictures does not appear to have the same quality (leatherette cover) as the old one. I wanted to use this nice album cover (that matches my older ones) and add the refills that have the white paper in them with the clear cover. I tried to be careful reading descriptions and reading questions/answers and even asking a couple (never got an answer). I ordered what I thought should fit, but oh no. They had to move (for some unknown reason) the posts. So the refills I ordered do not fit. They fit the size of the book itself, but the posts are too close together. AND ALSO the wording about the pictures that fit in the pages is confusing. This book comes with TWO pages for 8x10 photos (which holds 4 8x10's) AND THREE pages for 5x7 photos (12 photos). For some reason I was reading that the pages could be used for either 5x7 or 8x10, but that is not the case.
Just what I needed
Beautiful album and I especially liked that I could arrange the pages how I wanted. Photos fit well, with a little room to spare so it was easy to slide them in. I found it easiest to remove the post binding, insert all my pictures, then arrange pages as I wanted before reassembling binding. I'm using this album for school and class photos, I think it will last for years to come.
Gift
This was a gift for my son as he recently took up photography. He was so happy to receive this style photo album because he can easily add many pages of his photos. I got him 2 albums & he told me he is going to be able to place like themes in each album. Next time I will purchase various colors so he can better identify what theme is each album. My gift was a big hit.
Great Album for Wedding Photos
Bought this to store photos from my wedding, and it works great. Extra inserts are available on . I do wish the inserts were a little more see through.

Nice album
I'm using this to replace the old album which did not have acid-free pages. It was hard to find this size, so I was pleased to find this replacement album. I'll be ordering more 8x10 pages as there were about 35 photos in the original. The album is expandable. I also see one can get a brass label for the album.
Great Album
I've been looking for an album for both 8 x 10s and smaller and this is the one. Accommodates photos easily, and pages can be added as needed. Will certainly order again. As always, comes through again!
