Sescom SES-3MIX Overview
Add extra mic- or line-level inputs your mixing board, PA system, or audio interface with the Sescom SES-3MIX, a 3-input / 1-output mixer that's rugged enough for the stage and simple enough for home studios. Its black anodized aluminum enclosure houses three locking Neutrik XLR-1/4" combo inputs capable of accepting balanced or unbalanced signals, a level control per channel, and simultaneously active XLR and 1/4" outputs.
Since the SES-3MIX utilizes a passive design that doesn't require power, it needs no batteries or power adapter. As a result, it is optimal for mixing line-level signals or microphones that don't need phantom power, but it should not be used with high-impedance sources such as electric guitars.

Not for Live Sound
If you can set it and forget it, it's a great value! But I purchased this to connect 3 mics to a house system for live sound. It was a simple need and I thought this would solve the issue without needing to set up a mixer. It work great! Until I needed to adjust the levels live! If adjustments are needed, get ready for some serious scratching/crackling noises. I was concerned that I got a bad one, so sent a replacement, but it also was VERY noisy when adjusting the levels. I honestly thought about keeping it even with this limit, but decided against it since I already have a couple of small mixers. Thanks for your awesome customer care and return policy.
