Create truly unique and eye-catching displays with the Planar LO552 55" Full HD Transparent OLED Commercial Monitor. The LO552 allows you to display content on a transparent glass surface without backlight or enclosure, allowing viewers to see what is behind the display. The electronics box on the Planar LookThru LO552 is set at a 90-degree angle to the display glass. The display can be used in both portrait and landscape modes, it can be table or ceiling mounted, or tiled to create large eye-catching video wall arrays. With the Planar LookThru series, you can create see-through installations for retail merchandising, corporate displays, museum exhibits, award or trophy cases, and more.
Configuration Flexibility
Displays come in two styles; the LO552 with the electronics box serving as a stand, or the LO552-S with the box parallel to and below the display glass for more application flexibility. Mount the display on a table or a ceiling, or build it into custom fixtures using either the table or straight flush-mount designs.
Orientation Versatility
Displays can be mounted in either landscape or portrait orientation, opening the door to a wider array of deployment environments and applications, and enabling greater creativity in content development.
Extended Ruggedness and Optics (ERO) Using Corning Gorilla Glass
This process bonds protective glass to the front surface of the Planar LookThru Transparent OLED Display. Like the process with the Planar ERO-LCD, a bonding agent is inserted between the cover glass and the OLED display panel, then cured in a process that affixes the stack together while solidifying the bonding agent. This creates a highly durable display surface that withstands the rigors of high-traffic environments. It also delivers up to 300% more perceived contrast.
