Lens cleaner failure

Unfortunately it can't reach anywhere near the expectations. The music system in my Volkswagen car failed as it shows "Reading " while inserting cd.
Expected this lens cleaner will fix it up, but no any positive results.
Problem with my system may be beyond it's scope.
