Presented in a sturdy low-profile metal housing, the Senal MXBM-621/O is a MX Series condenser boundary microphone offering enhanced speech intelligibility with low noise for conferences, meetings, training sessions, and more. Its omnidirectional polar pattern delivers consistent pickup from all directions, making it ideal as a single mic for multiple subjects in an acoustically treated room. The 60 Hz to 16 kHz frequency response yields reliable clarity, and can be tailored to attenuate additional low frequencies via the selectable high-pass filter. Non-skid rubber padding on the bottom of the MXBM-621/O decouples it from surface-born vibrations, and keeps it in position even on slick tabletops.

A silent CapSense touch-to-mute switch allows convenient manual control of signal activity, while mute on/off status is indicated by a dedicated LED. Connect the balanced low-impedance TA3M output to your mixer with the supplied 25' TA3F to XLR 3-pin cable. Both the cable and microphone are shielded to negate noise from RF and EM interference. The MXBM-621/O is operated via 9 to 52 VDC phantom power, no need to replace or recharge batteries.

Omnidirectional Polar Pattern

The omnidirectional polar pattern of the MXBM-621/O provides reliable pickup regardless of the source's direction. With a 360° response area, the MXBM-621/O can capture voices from all sides, making it well suited as a single microphone for multiple people in an acoustically treated space.

Intelligibility Optimized for Voice

The MXBM-621/O's 60 Hz to 16 kHz frequency response enhances speech intelligibility without sacrificing low or high end.

Selectable High-Pass Filter

A selectable high-pass filter applies 6 dB/octave of attenuation at 80 Hz, effectively minimizing problematic low-frequency content from errant vibrations and rumble from HVAC systems.

Balanced Low-Impedance Output

The TA3 output connector contributes to the microphone's low profile, and allows quick hookup of the supplied 25' TA3F to XLR 3-pin cable for proper interfacing with most mixing consoles, PA systems, and mic preamps. The MXBM-621/O's balanced low-impedance output inhibits common sources of interference such as RF and EM while being compliant with extended cable runs.

Protective Shielding

Convenient Touch-to-Mute Switch
