XLD5A24CAHM3/I is a surface mount XClampR� transient voltage suppressor. Typically used in sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting, especially for automotive load dump protection application.
- High temperature stability and high reliability conditions
- XClampR� extremely low clamping voltage, IPPM = 120A with a 10/1000µs waveform
- TJ = 175°C capability suitable for high reliability and automotive requirement
- Low leakage current, AEC-Q101 qualified
- Bidirectional polarity
- Stand-off voltage is 24V, maximum clamping voltage is 26V at Ippm
- Breakdown voltage range from 26.7V to 29.5V
- Minimum reverse leakage at Vwm is 1A, test current is 5mA
- Operating junction temperature range from -55 to +175°C, package is DO-218AB
