Panasonic SQ2HW Overview
Create highly visible and reliable signage and presentations with the Panasonic SQ2HW Series 55" UHD 4K Commercial Monitor. The TH-55SQ2HW is a 700 nits bright, anti-glare VA LCD panel, with 24/7 operation capability, and built-in content management system, perfect for bright public display scenarios, like corporate centers and meeting rooms, retail, and education spaces.
High Brightness for High Visibility
These ultra-high resolution 4K displays with a 700 nits brightness deliver strong visibility even in bright conditions. Their panels are designed to mitigate glare from light sources and ambient light, reducing reflections. Even next to a window, these displays can be effectively used to share information in a classroom or conference room setting, and are well-suited to in-store digital signage placed in well-lit areas.
Cover a Wide Range of Uses
The SQ2H Series is equipped with various interfaces including three HDMI inputs and a USB-C that is compatible with DP Alt mode and power delivery of up to 60W. The Series also utilizes the Intel Smart Display Module (Intel SDM) speci¿cation slot standard. By combining PC boards or interface boards, the displays can be employed in a wider range of use cases. They are equipped with USB media player functionality to display 4K content and built-in 20W stereo speakers.
Integrator Friendly with LAN Control
The SQ2H Series can be controlled via LAN or RS-232. Simultaneous control and centralized management can be performed via a wired network connection. It is also compatible with AMX, Crestron Connected, and Crestron XiO Cloud.
Compatible with Panasonic Screen Transfer
Compatible with the Screen Transfer Ver.2.3 software that shows the PC screen on up to 64 displays via wired LAN. Distribute talks from the headmaster or teacher and the status of in-house training to multiple classrooms and conference rooms, and confirm the distribution status from a PC. By using the priority distribution function, you can distribute images out of order or by automatically turning the power on, enabling you to distribute messages during an emergency.
Included Brightness, Proximity, and Color Sensor
By connecting the included sensor module, the brightness and hue can be adjusted according to the viewing environment. In addition, it is possible to control power and content playback by holding one's hand over the sensor.
Enable Annotation on the Display with a Mouse
The SQ2H Series is equipped with a whiteboard function. By setting the USB receiver of the mouse on the display, you can use a mouse to write on the display screen and zoom in/out. This is useful for facilitating efficient meetings.
USB Pass Through Function
USB devices connected via USB-A can be controlled from a PC connected to the display via USB-C. If USB devices such as cameras, speakers, and microphones are permanently installed in the conference room, simply connect the USB-C cable to the PC to immediately start the meeting.
Portrait Zoom for Dynamic Signage
Split the content from image sources and enlarge the display in a portrait orientation. There is no need to use a special device, such as a processor, while creating content from various images. Placing three TH-65SQ2H models, for instance, vertically creates a display equivalent to 112 inches. This enables highly visible store signage.
4K USB Media Player
By simply inserting a USB memory stick onto which content has been saved, playback automatically starts. Since it is 4K compatible, it easily provides 4K digital signage without having to use a PC or set-top box. It can be played back without interrupting marker areas and black images. Content can also be switched via LAN or multiple displays can be operated.
Embedded Content Management Software
The SQ2H Series features a USB Media Player function that allows easy signage playback. Content Management Software is an application software for scheduling digital signage playback on a computer. It also allows poser ON/OFF to be set. Content Management Software for PC Version 3.2 (free) enables easy playlist creation with media support including combinations of still and video images. You can set up schedules for playing and ending your media playlist at predetermined dates and times. Playlists and schedules created with Content Management Software can be transferred to displays with USB memory or via LAN. Synchronized playback on multiple displays is also supported.
