Keep your cool with the Venturi HF-14 140mm Cooling Fan in white from Fractal Design. Intended to stay quiet while cooling components, this 140mm fan delivers 118.2 CFM of airflow at a speed of 1200 rpm. And, thanks to its fluid dynamic bearing design, this fan boasts a 150,000-hour lifespan. An aerodynamic design also helps in this regard, while simultaneously providing a max noise level of 26.5 dBA. In addition to mounting hardware, the Fractal HF-14 140mm Cooling Fan comes with a low speed adapter cable, using the fan's 3-pin connection to provide less noise at the expense of fan speed and airflow.
Cool by Design
Made from glass fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polymer, this cooling fan features aerodynamical stator struts that reduce noise and resistance. Strategically placed notches on the blades further reduce and diffuse any humming noise produced when the blades pass the stator struts. Furthermore, trip wire technology introduces a micro-turbulent layer that combats elements that negatively affect performance, resulting in quieter operation.
Low Speed Adapter Included
Sporting a 3-pin connection, the Venturi HF-14 can be used with the included low speed adapter cable. When using this adapter, fan speed drops to 850 rpm, providing 78.5 CFM of airflow and a maximum noise level of 18.3 dBA.
