Quickly upgrade and enhance your workstation's storage capacity by installing the SSD7580C 8-Channel U.2 NVMe RAID PCIe 4.0 x16 Host Controller from HighPoint into an available PCIe 4.0 x16 slot. Supporting up to eight internal U.2 / U.3 NVMe PCIe 4.0 solid-state drives in RAID 0, 1, 10, or Single mode with true hot-swapping support, the SSD7580C is designed to provide both high performance and flexibility.
You can connect separately purchased SFF-8654, SFF-8643, or SFF-8611 (Oculink) cables with the dual internal drive connectors. Its anodized aluminum heat sink and fan help to maintain optimal temperatures for high sustained transfer speeds. The SSD7580C also has a low-profile bracket design and works with Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016 or later systems in addition to Linux.
