NCS21671DM025R2G is a NCS21671 series of voltage output current sense amplifier. The low offset of the zerodrift architecture enables current sensing with voltage drops across sense resistors as low as 10mV full-scale. An optional enable function is available to reduce current drain through the input pins and power supply pins to negligible levels when disabled or if Vs is less than 1.5V. Two optional pins are included to simplify input filtering. This device can operate from a single +1.8V to +5.5V power supply, drawing a maximum of 80A of supply current. Typical applications are power bus monitoring, battery current monitor, and lighting ballast.
- Wide common mode input range from -0.1V to 40V
- Supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V
- Low offset voltage is 25V maximum
- Rail-to-rail output capability
- Low current consumption is 80A maximum
- Enable pin to turn off input and power supply currents
- Micro10 package
- Operating temperature rating range from -40 to +125°C
- Common mode rejection ratio is 127dB (VIN+ = -0.1V to 40V, VSENSE = 0mV, TA = -40 to 125°C, G = 25)
- Input offset voltage drift vs temperature is ±0.5V/°C maximum (VSENSE = 0mV)
