IRH-54/4.7-W80PB-C is a 250W IRH-W80 series ultra-wide input encapsulated half-brick isolated DC-DC converter. The industry standard half-brick package offers high-efficiency levels. The fully isolated DC-DC module accepts a wide input voltage range while maintaining a fully regulated single output. The output voltage features overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and over-temperature protection. Other features include adjustable under-voltage lockout protection, adjustable current limit threshold, positive or negative logic enable, and a Hold-Up pin to allow connection of an external capacitor. Certified to UL-60950-1, CAN/CSA C22.2 60950-1, 2nd edition.
- Operating input voltage range from 16 to 160V, 10:1 input voltage range
- Nominal output voltage is 54VDC (set point, Vin=72V, Io=0A, Ta=25°C)
- Operating output current is 4.7A(max), efficiency is 90.5% (Vin=72V, 100% load)
- Positive on/off logic, baseplate, Vout trim, reinforced insulation, threaded hole mounting baseplate
- Hold up time (10-30mS)
- UVLO set up (resistor programmable), conformally coated PCB
- Encapsulated for harsh environment, reinforced isolation
- Typical isolation is 4242VDC (input to output), typical switching frequency is 240KHz
- Operating ambient temperature range from -40 to 85°C
- Outline dimension (L x W x H) is 63.20 x 60.70 x 14mm, copper alloy through hole pin material
