CHAUVET PROFESSIONAL Force S Spot Overview
The CHAUVET PROFESSIONAL Maverick Force S Spot is a compact, road-ready moving-head LED spotlight fixture ideal for installs and mobile DJ rigs in small-to-medium-sized clubs, theaters, houses of worship, touring stages, and event spaces.
The Maverick Force S Spot is powered by a bright, 350W, cool-white LED with a maximum illuminance of 62,131 lux at 16.4' and motorized zoom angles ranging from 4.1 to 43.4°. It features an 8-slot color wheel, two rotating gobos, as well as motorized focus, 5-facet motorized/rotating prism, motorized frost, and motorized iris effects. Additionally, custom gobos created in collaboration with leading designers (available separately) can be stacked on top of one another for creative effects.
With variable strobe, a pan range up to 540° and tilt range up to 270° (with inversion modes for both), fast and accurate head movements, movement macros, move-in-black functionality, and more, this fixture is capable of producing a myriad of dynamic colors and effects to quickly energize your dancefloor or live stage productions.
The unit features CMY (cyan, magenta, yellow) and CTB color mixing with a color temperature of 6858K, a CRI of 89.6 (with CRI filter), and 16-bit electronic dimming to create a palette of vibrant colors with smooth fades. The color wheel comes with seven colors plus white. It offers split-color functionality and continuous scroll at variable speed. The gobo wheel is equipped with seven interchangeable rotating gobos plus open, while gobo wheel 2 has nine fixed gobos plus open. Each wheel offers continuous variable-speed scrolling.
The Maverick Force S Spot can be controlled via DMX, W-DMX, sACN, and Art-Net protocols. It also converts TCP/IP to DMX for shorter data cable runs and offers RDM control over DMX for remote addressing and troubleshooting. The touchscreen LCD display and six buttons let you easily navigate the menu structure by either pressing the buttons or touching the display directly.
With its small frame standing just over 2' tall, this lightweight fixture can be safely mounted to a truss or lighting stand using the two included Omega hanging brackets�which also allow for quick removal when needed.
The universal, autosensing power supply and pass-through I/O allow you to connect a single power cable to the wall and daisy-chain up to 2 units at 120V or up to 5 units at 240V. The Maverick Force S Profile ships with a Seetronic Powerkon IP65 power cord.
