Description
TB67S269 is a two-phase bipolar stepping motor driver using a PWM chopper. Clock in decoder is built in. It is fabricated with the BiCD process. Its Built-in error detection circuits (Thermal shutdown (TSD), over-current shutdown (ISD) and power-on reset (POR)).
- BiCD process integrated monolithic IC
- Capable of controlling 1 bipolar stepping motor
- PWM controlled constant-current drive, surface mounting
- Allows full, half, quarter, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32 step operation, high voltage and current
- Low on-resistance (high and low side is 0.8ohm typical) MOSFET output stage
- Error detection (TSD/ISD) signal output function, high efficiency motor current control mechanism
- Built-in VCC regulator for internal circuit use, operating temperature range from -20 to 85°C
- Chopping frequency of a motor can be customized by external resistance and condenser
- Output voltage of 50V, output current of 2A, number of pins are 48
