Galaxy Audio AS-1400-2M Overview
The AS-1400-2M Wireless In-Ear Twin Pack Monitor System from Galaxy Audio includes an AS 1400T wireless transmitter, two AS-1400R wireless bodypack receivers, two pairs of EB4 earbuds, and a rackmount kit (one coupler with two coupler screws, four rack screws). This system can be used to send one stereo mix to two individuals in a band or duo for monitoring applications.
The wireless transmitter features stereo XLR-1/4" combo inputs, a headphone output with volume control, input level control, and an LCD display for channel and input level information. The receiver features a mixed mono mode for your own personal mix, volume, and an LCD display with channel, battery level, and RF level functions. In addition, the EB4 earbuds feature titanium drivers, extended bass response, and aluminum alloy construction. For expansion of this system, an unlimited number of receivers may be added at any time (sold separately).
The performers can have their vocals in Input 1 and the band mix in Input 2 and adjust the volume of each independently to create their own personal mix.
Alternatively, you can send two different monitor mixes from the board, so each performer can decide which mix they want to hear on their beltpack.
