The BT Precision-ASFPL Ground G2 Tripod System from Field Optics research includes the BT Precision FBT1522C G2 Ground carbon fiber bowl top tripod with three removable legs, the Precision Bowl Tensioner FPBT-LH and the Arca Swiss Picatinny Lever Clamp ASFPL-NP. This 75mm bowl top tripod system is 15.8" tall, and weighs 2.7 lb, and can accept separately available 12" leg extensions to achieve any desired height. It can also convert into a flat top tripod with a separately available head adapter. The ASFPL head provides +/- 20° pitching movement and 360° of independent panoramic rotation. Instantly switch between Arca Swiss and Picatinny mounts with the same lever clamp system.
Designed for prone-position shooting or supporting a spotting scope, the BT Precision FBT1522C Ground Tripod from Field Optics Research is also suited to videography. Its two-segment, carbon fiber twist-lock legs yield a maximum height of 15" and a minimum height of just 2". The bowl-top tripod weighs just 2.2 pounds but has a load capacity of 110 pounds, and packs down to 10.5" for easy transport. Use the separately sold Fiber Optics Research 75mm leveling base to adjust your rifle's tilt�the bowl provides an adjustment range of ± 20°.
The long-handled Precision Bowl Tensioner from Field Optics Research is a dedicated tie-down assembly compatible with 75mm bowl BT Precision tripods. Use this quick-leveling base to position your tripod head at an angle of up to +/- 20° off level.
Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy base and a lightweight Delrin handle, the Tensioner is spring-loaded to enable movement when not locked down completely. Features include an easy-to-grip grooved handle and a weight hook strap with a D-ring.
With the flick of a lever, you can quickly and securely mount an optic, a camera, or a firearm to your tripod with the Arca Swiss & F-Picatinny Lever Clamp from Field Optics Research. Designed for use with any Field Optics Research FBT Bowl Disk (or a 3/8"-16 stud by using an optional Band Clamp Adapter Disk), the unit accepts both Arca-type plates and Picatinny rails. The external pan collar provides smooth pan rotation independent of the bowl disk and the required lateral shock absorption. A vertical tilt level helps you to keep your rifle perfectly upright for long-range and Precision Rifle Series shooting. Made of durable 6063-T6 aluminum, the clamp measures 2.3" in diameter.
The QR-50 Arca-Type QR Plate from Feild Optics Research is a 2"-long Arca-type quick release plate that is compatible with most Arca-type mounts. It features rubber traction pads to prevent camera movement and a standard 1/4"-20 male thread mount screw. The QR-50 also has a highly-visible index scale for precise and repeatable positioning.
