Rosco describes the effect of the filter as a warm, pinkish amber reminiscent of an afternoon sunset and a good sidelight. This 1.5 mil thick, deep-dyed polyester film filter is high temperature resistant. It has a 56% transmission that is equivalent to a 0.8 stop loss of light. Roscolux filters are made in the USA.
