Tilta TGA-ARG Overview
Add stability and control to your DJI RS 3 Pro or RS 2 handheld gimbal stabilizer to achieve smooth, steady, creative shots with the Advanced Ring Grip from Tilta. The advanced ring grip lets you grip your gimbal from nearly any angle on its four sides, providing stability, taking the load off your arm, and creating two-handed operation when you're shooting for longer periods of time. It also allows you to control your gimbal and camera right from the left and right powered handgrips, and to add a variety of other accessories to your rig.
There are multiple mounting points around the ring to mount accessories, battery plates to power the gimbal, or a follow focus such as the Tilta Nucleus-Nano, and you can relocate the gimbal's battery handle on top of the ring to use it as a top handle. The right-side control handle features a focus wheel that can be used to control your camera via the gimbal's camera control port, and the left-side handle features a joystick to control the camera's focus, iris, and zoom functions, as well as control the gimbal movement. The included wireless receiver allows you to control wireless focus motors such as the DJI Wireless Focus Motor. Each side handle requires one separately available 18650 battery to function.
The ring has a grip diameter of 1.2", and it includes an integrated kickstand, so you can set your rig down on a surface for static shots or when it's not in use. The gimbal breaks down into four parts for transport and storage.

frustrating
I live in Qatar , i've ordered this product 2 times until now . First time i got the product with defective wirless part . It was missing 2 out 8 pins to be connected with the rs3 pro nato rail . I've done a refund and i ordered new item for the second time . I got it and i am trying to make it work since 3 days , i this time the wireless part is working but it's not connecting to the handle controller in any way . Which doesn't allow me to control the ronin using the joystick so it's useless . texted BH and Tilta and i got no serious resolve for the technical issue . I was going to use this product for my projects as i am a cinematographer . But i had this frustrating experience . I am asking for serious Compensation from BH for wasting my time for this dissapointing experience .
Must have for the RS2
The ring is much needed for the RS2. I've used my side handle attachments for much too long. Happy to retire the and use this ring for just about any job requiring handheld gimbal operations. The ability to set it down have a more ergonomic and stable operation is key. Power supply and the controls are great too. Nice to know it can work with an easy-rig too.

Running a gimbal with side handles and maintaining full lens and gimbal control used to cost a lot more so I'm pretty stoked on this attachment. Haven't had any problems in the last two weeks using it!

Fries RS2 gimbal
Fries RS2. First time RMAed RS2. Then tried again. Now RS2 fried again. DJI RS2 does not turn on anymore. DO NOT BUY!
Very VERY nice
This ring feels super nice in the hands compared to my RS3 Pro. I like the idea of being able to build it out and not have it feel like a bag of bricks in my hand. It distributes the weight quite nicely. A bit sad that it doesn't come with the v-mount plate or the monitor piece at the top....or at least the basic Nucleus Nano since the DJI Motor that comes with the RS3 Pro isn't compatible; but that's business I suppose. Will be ordering the remaining accessories to properly build it out. Thanks! Can't wait to use it!
