Span the full gamut of known delay possibilities and beyond with Echosystem from Empress Effects, a powerful delay-crafting pedal that offers over 42 delay algorithms across 12 types, covering everything from analog and tape delays to vintage digital and modern takes. With two simultaneous FX, you can wield impressive temporal powers to cover any style.

Two preset modes (bank or scrolling style) let you sift through up to 35 user-customizable presets, which can be easily accessed via three footswitches. Exploit Ambient mode for chilled out atmospherics or Multitap mode for creative inspiration. Stereo I/O lets you connect to numerous configurations, as well as to instruments like keyboards and synths, and a cabinet simulator offers three variations to choose from for recording, practicing, or gigs without an amp. And despite all the features and sounds packed into the Echosystem, this pedal remains impressively compact and lightweight, cutting down considerably on your pedalboard mass.

Classic and Modern Sounds

Emulations of classic tape and analog units are available, as well as Empress Effect's take on these types of delay. In addition to delays, there's super-useful reverb combos, which elevate any guitar part.

Intuitive Operation

All the algorithm controls are sitting on a knob in front of you; no fiddling through laborious menus. Global tap tempo and local tempo with lots of subdivisions are available on all modes in addition to being able to set the delay time directly with the knob.

Advanced Configuration Menu

The Advanced configuration menu lets you configure how your delay works. Select from true or buffered bypass, 0 to 35 presets, MIDI configuration, Control Port (expression pedal, external tap, control voltage, and MIDI), and which style of preset system to use�input signal pad, output transformer enable, and more.

Low-Noise Analog Dry Path

Featuring an ultralow-noise signal path with a signal-to-noise ratio of >104 dB, the Echosystem avoids excessive noise that can creep into a delay signal. The pedal maintains an entirely analog dry signal path that uses a VCA to blend the wet signal, preventing the unwanted zipper noise. When used in conjunction with the optional true bypass mode, you can experience a pure signal free of tone suck or signal loss.

High-Quality Digital Audio

Echosystem boasts high-resolution digital sampling at 24-bit, 48 kHz. The system utilizes 32-bit internal DSP for alias-free effect processing.

Output Transformer

Get hum-free operation when operating in stereo with two amps. Output 2 is isolated with a transformer to eliminate nasty ground loops.

Comprehensive Connectivity

The Universal Control Port allows you to connect an expression pedal, external tap switch, control voltage, external audio input, and MIDI�all using a standard 1/4" jack. Along with stereo input and output jacks, you get numerous connectivity options for many different configuration and pedalboard setups.
