Verify gigabit Ethernet traffic support on your Cat 5e to Cat 7 RJ45 data cables with the SignalTEK CT from SimplyTEST, a handheld cable tester that locates TDR faults, open or short circuits, and provides advanced wire mapping. With this tester you can complete tests in seconds and send a PDF report from anywhere.
The SignalTEK CT transmits real-world IEEE802.3ab gigabit Ethernet signals bidirectionally, offering authentic proof of cable performance. By using the free TRENT AnyWARE app for iOS and Android, you can connect to a smart device via either USB or a USB Bluetooth adapter, and send PDF reports of your tests to offsite colleagues or clients. The RJ45 contacts are durable and field replaceable and no calibration is required. This system includes two devices, a main unit with a large color touchscreen and a secondary unit for connecting to the other end of the Ethernet network.
