Crafted from soft, 100% natural biodegradable rubber, the concealer is precisely shaped to discreetly mount the mic on clothing, costumes, or directly on the skin, while protecting the mic from build-up of glue residue, resulting from repeatedly attaching tape directly on the lav.
The rubber material molds itself to the surface to which it is attached, acting as a shockmount, protecting the mic capsule from vibration, and absorbing friction noise for cleaner sound recordings. The tape is hypoallergenic and easy to apply. It provides a strong bond for secure mounting on fabric or skin. Also included are a metal clothing clip and a fabric guard that can be configured to suit your mounting style.
