Getting a great sound for your vlog, YouTube channel, and social media content is much easier with the black Veyda VD-SL1, a lavalier mic intended for smartphones, tablets, computers, or any other compatible device with a TRRS connection. Simply clip the mic to your person with the included clip, plug the mic into your device, and you're ready to imbue your content with high-quality audio. Since the mic will work with any app that accepts audio from your device's input jack, you can use the lapel mic in a variety of production or personal applications.
With its omnidirectional polar pattern, the VD-SL1 is quite forgiving, picking up sound from all around the mic; even if you turn away from the capsule a little, you'll still be heard clearly. The mic comes with an attached 4.9' cable that terminates in a 3.5mm TRRS connection for smartphones with conventional mic/headphone jacks. When connected to an Apple Lightning to 3.5mm adapter (available separately), the mic can be used with Lightning iOS devices. A windscreen and lapel clip are included.
The VD-SL1 features an omnidirectional mic capsule that captures a 360° field of sound. This large, equally distributed pickup pattern makes it easy to place the mic on talent and get consistent results, even if the speaker isn't talking directly into the mic.
Plug and Play Connectivity
No battery is required, the VD-SL1 runs on plug-in power from your mobile device.
The VD-SL1 will allow you to focus on speaking without worrying about being heard. Forget about holding the microphone or keeping a consistent distance or volume. The clip-on lavalier microphone securely attaches in place keeping your audio recording levels consistent and noise free.
A foam pop shield is included to minimize wind noise and vocal pop sounds for clearer recordings.
