RF 24-105mm f/2.8 L IS USM Z Lens from
Canon is the first of its kind at this focal length and aperture. By utilizing dual Nano USM motors, this lens achieves fast and nearly silent autofocusing. The constant f/2.8 aperture allows for optimal low light performance and provides flattering bokeh for portraits at any focal length. In-lens optical image stabilization offers five and a half stops of correction, or eight stops with Coordinated IS when paired with a compatible camera. Four ultra-low dispersion elements and three aspherical elements help create sharper images and reduce chromatic and spherical aberrations. Additionally, the RF 24-105mm f/2.8 benefits from Super Spectra, Air Sphere, and Fluorine coatings, which work together to minimize ghosting and flare caused by lens surface reflection.
Silent Nano USM Autofocus
Two Canon Nano USM autofocus motors allow smooth and responsive focusing performance from the RF 24-105mm f/2.8. Full-time manual focusing is also available. Eleven aperture blades render the out of focus areas of your frame to be more visually pleasing.
Practical in Any Shooting Scenario
With its constant f/2.8 aperture, the RF 24-105mm excels even in harsh lighting conditions making it a strong choice for weddings, events, and photojournalism. While many comparable lenses are capped at 70mm, this lens's ability to push to 105mm gives users the advantage of stronger portrait focal lengths.
Focus Ring with Tactile Feedback
As you rotate the focus ring in either direction you'll feel soft click-stops that give you a sense of how much you're adjusting.
