The Boya BY-M2 is a lapel mic for use in mobile interviews, social media, and ENG settings. Giving you a good sound at a wallet-friendly price, the mic connects directly to iOS devices, thanks to the included Lightning cable. Simply plug the mic into the supplied cable, and plug the cable into your Lightning-equipped iOS device.
The mic is omnidirectional, giving you a certain amount of leeway when it comes to placement. A carrying pouch, a foam windscreen, a lapel clip, and a Lightning adapter cable are included. When you have need for it, the cable detaches from the microphone, leaving you with a 3.5mm TRS to Lightning adapter for your favorite compatible devices.
Easy to Use
The 19.7' cable offers a generous amount of room for on-camera positioning. The included foam windscreen ensures the mic won't pick up annoying plosives. The package includes a foam windscreen, a lapel clip, and a carrying case.
Omnidirectional for Easy Placement
This electret-condenser mic offers a forgiving omnidirectional polar pattern that picks up sound from all around the microphone, giving you more consistent levels, even if you turn away from the capsule somewhat. The mic picks up audio in a 44.1 or 48 kHz sample rate, and at 24-bit, which is considered high quality.
