Designed with gamers and enthusiasts in mind, the ROG Strix XG27ACS 27" 1440p HDR 180 Hz Gaming Monitor from ASUS lets you take on the competition with exceptional responsiveness and liquid-smooth visuals. This 2560 x 1440 QHD resolution monitor features a 180 Hz refresh rate through the DisplayPort input, a 1 ms response time, and ASUS ELMB (Extreme Low Motion Blur) technology that work together to significantly reduce motion blur from fast action scenes. The graphics are further enhanced with AMD FreeSync and NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility, which reduces screen tearing, stuttering, and other artifacts from fast-action scenes with compatible graphics cards.

In addition to having DisplayPort and HDMI inputs, you can transfer video, data, and up to 7.5W of power over a single cable with compatible devices with the USB-C port. DisplayHDR 400 certified high-dynamic range support provides realistic looking color with deep blacks and bright whites. At the same time, AI-powered enhancements give you an edge against the competition. Other features include a convenient phone holder built onto the base and a 1/4" tripod mount for your separately available webcam.

180 Hz Refresh Rate

This 2560 x 1440 QHD resolution monitor has a maximum refresh rate of 180 Hz through the DisplayPort input, which works with the 1 ms (GtG) response time to deliver silky smooth graphics during fast action sequences. The HDMI input is limited to 144 Hz and video game consoles may have a 120 Hz maximum refresh rate.

AMD FreeSync & NVIDIA G-SYNC

Reduce screen tearing with AMD's FreeSync and NVIDIA G-SYNC Technology. Both enable the monitor to dynamically adjust its refresh rate to the frame rate being output by the graphics card, thereby greatly reducing screen tearing, stuttering, and other artifacts.

ASUS ELMB

ASUS Extreme Low Motion Blur (ELMB) technology enables a 1 ms (GtG) response time and provides users with sharp details and responsive movements. ELMB works alongside Adaptive-Sync technologies to deliver detailed visuals and high frame rates.

Deep Visuals

The 27" In-Plane Switching (IPS) panel is factory calibrated to deliver 16.7 million colors with high-dynamic range, covering 97% of the DCI-P3 and 133% of the sRGB spectrums for rich visuals featuring bright whites and deep blacks. Other features include 400 nits peak brightness in HDR mode and 1000:1 static contrast ratio.

Connectivity

The ROG Strix XG27ACS includes one HDMI 2.0 port and a DisplayPort 1.4 input. Connecting your compatible device to the USB-C port allows you to transfer video, data, and 7.5W of power using a single cable. There is also a 3.5mm headphone jack available.

AI-Powered Advantage

With AI-powered GamePlus technology, the monitor analyzes the scene on-screen visuals in real-time and adjusts the GamePlus crosshair to enhance targeting accuracy. Additionally, Dynamic Shadow Boost brightens dark areas without overexposing bright areas, providing a clear advantage in low-light environments.

Ergonomic Design

The screen can be rotated 90° in either direction to view documents in portrait mode. Adjust the screen's height, tilt, and swivel to suit your comfort. Or use the 100 x 100mm VESA mounting holes to attach the monitor to a swivel arm, wall, or multi-monitor stand. The 178° horizontal vertical viewing angles allow you to see the screen clearly from almost any position.
