Archival Methods 43 Overview
This pack of 16 x 20" Warm White 4-Ply 100% Museum Board from Archival Methods contains 25 boards that are 1/16" thick. The board is designed for matting, mounting and preservation of fine prints, precious documents, as well as for traditional and digital photography. The 4-ply thickness is ideal for window mats and mat backing, creates a separation between artwork and glazing, and provides a flat, supportive backing.
The boards are acid- and lignin-free and use alkaline or neutral sizing. No brightening agents are used and no yellow cast is present. All boards are buffered with calcium carbonate to ensure that a polluted environment won't cause paper's pH value to decrease with age.
