If you're looking for a more industrial and permanent cell phone mounting solution, then the RAM MOUNTS Quick-Grip XL Spring-Loaded Smartphone Mount with Drill-Down Base might fit the bill. The mount's base is made from strong powder coated marine-grade aluminum, and has a hole pattern for drilling/screwing it into a fixed location. A double-socket B-sized arm ends in a spring-loaded phone holder and has dual ball heads for near-infinite adjustment options. The spring-loaded holder has top, bottom, and side grips to better secure your phone in place.
Locking Ball Sockets
After positioning both ball sockets to the angle you want, use the built-in locking knob to keep the arm fixed into place.
