RCF 12 Overview
Audio professionals and musicians looking for an active two-way array will be impressed with the black RCF EVOX 12, a 15" 2-way 1400W portable line array PA system designed to deliver powerful sound projection for musicians, presenters, and DJs in clubs, parties, and live stage applications. Class-D amplification pumps 1400W peak (700W RMS) through a 15" high-excursion woofer and eight 4" full-range drivers, resulting in a frequency response of 40 Hz to 20 kHz. The system design produces a 90° horizontal by 30° vertical coverage pattern.
The black RCF EVOX 12 Portable PA Column Array is part of the EVOX 12 portable PA system, which consists of a powered subwoofer, speaker pole, and the column array. The column array utilizes eight 4" neodymium full-range drivers, which provide consistent (90°) horizontal coverage.
The column speaker array is powered by the subwoofer's integrated 1400W amplifier, which delivers 400W to the column array. System setup is fast and simple, thanks to the included speaker pole. Mount the pole to the subwoofer and slide the array to the top side of the speaker pole. Once in place, use the included NL4 cable to connect the subwoofer array output to the speaker array.
The black RCF EVOX 12 1400W Powered Subwoofer Module is part of the EVOX 12 portable PA system, which consists of a powered subwoofer, a speaker pole, and a column array full-range speaker. The powered subwoofer utilizes a 15" driver and is powered by the integrated 1400W (1000W to subwoofer) amplifier, which combines with the column array to provide a frequency response of 40 Hz to 20 kHz with a maximum SPL output of 130 dB.
Connectivity includes XLR and 1/4" inputs and an XLR output. The subwoofer and satellite components interconnect via speakON. Switchable equalization (Flat/Boost) and input sensitivity allow easy tonal optimization. Integrated DSP processing with FiRPHASE technology enhances clarity and transparency without inducing problematic latency.
The sturdy Baltic birch cabinet is designed to handle on-the-road wear and tear and can be easily transported via the two low-profile wheels and built-in telescopic handle. The adjustable pole mount offers simple height positioning of the top array speaker unit. One speakON cable and a power cord are included with the EVOX 12.
High Frequencies
- The ultracompact full-range 4� drivers are capable of handling extremely high SPL and power. The top column features 8 drivers.
Low Frequencies
- The high-excursion 15� RCF woofer extends to the lowest frequencies, offering quick and precise punch. The bass-reflex port design avoids air turbulence, reducing distortions.

Mounting
- The top column is inserted on the pole mount, which can be easily screwed on the Sub top side. The pole mount can be separated in two single parts in order to place it on the transportation bag
