When traveling through inhospitable environments or situations, be sure to protect your valuable gear with the yellow 925 Case with Foam from NANUK. A well-designed case, it features Powerclaw latches, two holes for user-supplied padlocks, purge valve, and a bezel system to prevent water intrusion. Lightweight and waterproof, the case has an IP67 rating. Carry the case with the robust top handle. For convenience the handle and the lid will stay in an upright position. The pick-and-pluck foam interior allows for customized gear placement. Made of impact resistant NK-7 resin with stainless steel hardware, the case is strong, durable, and may be stacked.

There are a few caveats about this case.
The case is well made in the important areas. Air tight, water tight. Great locks. But, there are caveats that need to be addressed. First of all, if you have to send the case for repairs under or out of warranty, the case needs to be sent to Canada. The cost to do so is very high because you are sending it to a foreign Country. There are also customs and immigration documents to be filled out. Finally, if you need parts, it seems that the cost to ship again from a foreign Country once again (Canada) is very high. See the note from other reviewer. Things to consider.. I did and went to another well known manufacturer.
Best Cases Made
I own quite a few Nanuk cases for protecting my valuables as there are very few rivals that can match the quality this company provides. Don't hesitate if you're on the fence. Sure there's cheaper cases out there however, don't take chances with what's worth preserving. Haven't had 1 of these cases fail me yet. From accidental drops, rain and other unforeseen circumstances, I trust Nanuk.
PERFORATED FOAM WORTHLESS
I HAD TO USE A KNIFE BECAUSE THE FOAM ERFERATIONS DID NOT GO ALL OF THE WAY THROUGH!!!!! I WILL GO BACK TO THE PELICAN BRAND EVEN THOUGH THEY COST MORE!!!!!

Excellent Case(#2)
This is my second Nanuk 925. I was so impressed by the fist one (black) that I bought this silver one for my telescopic equipment. Solid, secure, light, stackable, lockable, aesthetically pleasing, roomy...shall I go on?? I want to send pictures, but this review does not have a button for it. BUY A NANUK 925 ( or two) YOU WON'T REGRET IT !!!
