Archival Methods 48-8223 Overview
The 18 x 24" Archival Mat and Presentation Kit for 13 x 19" Print from Archival Methods is used for presentation, exhibition, or just to preserve your prints, photographs, or documents. The kit consists of a 4-ply, bright white museum board, which is made of 100% cotton with a 1/8" thick acid-free foam backing board. The archival museum board has a centered, 12.5 x 18.5" bevel-cut window that can be hung in a vertical or horizontal orientation. In addition, the kit includes mounting corners to mount your photograph to the foam board and Tyvek tape to hinge both boards together. Once everything has been assembled, you can carefully place your mounted photograph inside the crystal-clear bag with an adhesive closure.

Beautiful kit, shipped perfectly
Perfectly packaged so that it arrived all the way to New Zealand without any dings = thanks . Gave me the confidence to order additional mat products. Works great for me with a 12x18 print on 13x19 paper, as gives a nice border. You can tweak the print area a touch large for a signature, or alternatively print borderless - of course matching paper white toning when using a border. This mat cutout size gives that flexibility.

Worked well for my 13x19 photo paper size, 11x17 printed area (centered), giving 0.75 space around printed area (12.5x18.5 mat opening). Placed 18x24 mat/board combo in 18x24 frame.
