Perfect companion!
This is the perfect companion to my Nikon Z50. It has the functionality that you need for casual shot-taking. The Function buttons add a layer of flexibility that can solve a lot of problems, like starting the camera on Interval Timer Shooting.
It works!
Not difficult to pair to my Z50. A nice evolution from the old shutter release with the cord that needed to be plugged into my DSLR and inevitably would get tangled around the tripod!
Works as intended
Does the trick. Note that if you're connected to your phone via the SnapBridge app, you'll need to disconnect that so your remote can connect via Bluetooth.

Very difficult to pair with camera
The ML-L7 was very difficult to pair with the P1000 camera. It took several attempts and erasures to get it to work, about an hour or so, just for a proper and reliable pairing. After that it worked okay but it and the camera have a sluggish response even at a 1' separation.
Works Ok
The remote looses connection to my z7ii often which mens you have to start over. Very inconvenient.

Great remote for the Z30. Love how it fits into the SmallRig tripod.

The control was easy to set up and use with my Nikon Z30. I haven't set it up with my Z6 or Z7ii yet,
