Switch up to 8K60 HDMI video between two sources and output your audio to speakers with the 2x1 8K HDMI Switcher with Audio De-Embedding from KanexPro. The switcher is a compact, user-friendly device for the home, office, or retail establishment. Connect cable boxes, Blu-ray players, the latest game consoles like Xbox or PS5, and other HDMI sources that require up to 48 Gb/s bandwidth to your 4K TV, HDTV, or projector up to 120 Hz and toggle your sources rapidly using the switch button.
This model features audio de-embedding via the 3.5mm stereo analog output (PCM) and the TOSLINK optical output (Dolby/DTS) to send your audio to an independent speaker system. The switcher supports high-quality video and embedded audio, including HDR, HLG, Dolby Vision, Dolby audio, DTS, and LPCM. It is HDCP compliant for compatibility with HDCP protected devices, like most cable boxes, and it features EDID support for compatibility with most displays.
