Kodak Passport Flatbed Accessory for S2000 & E1000 Series Scanners

The Kodak Passport Flatbed Accessory allows scanning passports or similar-sized documents that can't be fed through the compatible scanner. Compatible with the Kodak Alaris S2000 and E1000 series scanners, such as the E1030, it docks underneath the scanner and streamlines passport scanning. The Flatbed Accessory enables you to safely scan two passport pages at once in seconds. It also helps you safely work with various other small, thick, or fragile documents. No document handling is required, and the document never has to leave your sight.

Just place the passport directly onto the platen to trigger scanning. No sleeve or forcing is needed. Complete a passport photo page scan in as little as two seconds, or two pages in about three seconds, at 300 dpi resolution in either case. Capture at up to 24-bit, 1200 dpi resolution.

Besides eliminating the risk of passport damage, the Flatbed Accessory keeps the passport in view during scanning, adding peace of mind for you and your customers. Scan and return the passport in one efficient step. Scan at the touch of a button with smart touch technology. The Flatbed Accessory integrates with the scanner to extract data and drive digital transformation. Convenient scanning options allow scanning from and sending images to business applications.

Thanks to seamless TWAIN and ISIS-driver integration, there's no need to use multiple scanner drivers. Also, scanned customer onboarding documents can be mixed with images from the Flatbed Accessory as required.

The Flatbed Accessory docks underneath the scanner in a compact footprint that takes up less desk space. For connectivity, it features a 1' power pigtail and includes two USB cables.
