Worst screen protector ever
I wanted to buy an OEM screen protector for once since I've been buying third party Screen protectors all my life. I knew the price was way up high but I wanted to give it a try anyways expecting a premium quality product. The quality of the glass feels very good but when you install the film doesn't stick very well in the corners. There's bubbles everywhere leaving space for dust to stick and reducing the life of the protector itself. I paid a premium price for a premium product that doesn't work as expected. Buy a third party protector for more than half the price and will work better.

And so will third party cheaper glass sheets. But why try to save $10 with the manufacturer part works perfectly?
poor quality despite Sony brand
After attaching it first few days were fine. Then somehow the bubbles appeared. I tried to squeeze them out as you would do for your cellphone cover and the like. They just stay there and never disappeared. I read a review about the alternative for the same Sony alpha 7IV that is far cheaper. As a Sony branded product this is insane poor job.

I've had it on my A7 IV for the past week. It's not like I'm going to stress test it or anything, so I can't fairly judge the durability, but it looks great and I've already forgotten that my camera has a screen protector on it - so that may be the best compliment you can give any protection.

Easy to install and fits perfect. The protector in no way affects the touchscreen function. Beware of those third party protectors!
