ATTINY3226 is a microcontroller of the tinyAVR® 2 family, using the AVR® CPU with hardware multiplier, running at up to 20MHz. The family uses the latest technologies from Microchip with a flexible and low-power architecture, including an event system, advanced digital peripherals and accurate analogue features such as a 12bit differential ADC with programmable gain amplifier (PGA). The new 12-bit ADC offers true differential measuring capabilities with optional hardware accumulation of up to 1024 samples, which effectively gives up to 17bits resolution. The programmable gain amplifier (PGA) for the ADC can amplify single-ended and differential analogue inputs to make it possible to measure even small amplitude signals efficiently.
- Single cycle I/O access, two-level interrupt controller, 6 channels event system
- Configurable custom logic (CCL), single pin programming and debugging interface (UPDI)
- Analog comparator with internal DAC reference, window watchdog timer (WWDT)
- 1x 16-bit real time counter (RTC) with periodic interrupt controller (PIT)
- 1x 16-bit timer/counter type A (TCA), 2x 16-bit timer/counter type B (TCB)
- Power-on reset (POR), brown-out-detection (BOD), voltage level monitor (VLM)
- 32KB flash/3KB SRAM memory
- 1.8 to 5.5V supply voltage
- Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
- 20-pin VQFN package
