C8051F331-GMR is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8bit microcontroller (MCU) featuring a powerful 8051 core with 25MHz performance. The MCU offers 8KB flash, 0.75KB RAM along with additional communication interfaces and 4 x 16bit timers in a 4x4 mm, QFN20 package. On-chip analogue features include a - ADC, - DAC, 1 comparator. With on-chip Power-On Reset, VDD monitor, watchdog timer, a ±2 internal oscillator, this MCU is a truly stand-alone system-on-chip solution, making it ideal for applications such as battery chargers, electronic toys and games, motor control, and optical communications.
