ZGCINE G20 Overview
Mount this G20 Camera-Mount Shotgun Microphone from ZGCINE onto the top of your camera or smartphone rig and deliver audio to either device via its 3.5mm connection. Content creators and mobile journalists can integrate the microphone into their preexisting run and gun setup thanks to its built-in cold shoe mount with integrated shockmount to capture improved audio for your vlog or news package. Two 3.5mm cables are included�one, with a TRS connector, for cameras and a second, with a TRRS connector, for mobile devices. Monitor via headphones by plugging into the dedicated 3.5mm headphone jack.
The mic's cardioid pickup pattern helps to focus audio capture on the subject at the end of the microphone barrel and reduces unwanted sound coming from the back and sides. A multifunction switch turns the device on and engages the 75 or 150 Hz low-cut filter to reduce unwanted rumbles, if desired, while a rotary dial on the end of the mic adjusts the gain. The built-in lithium-ion battery will power the mic for over 30 hours and the indicator light flashes to display the microphone's battery status when prompted. The included foam and furry windscreens help to reduce air conditioning and wind noises for both indoor and outdoor shoots.
