Azden SWS-250 Overview
The Azden SWS-250 is a furry windshield cover designed to protect certain microphones in windy situations and to ensure that any recorded audio is free of horrible sounds resulting from gales of wind. This particular windshield is designed to work with the SGM-250, the SGM-250P, and the SGM-3416 microphones. It will not work with other microphones.
The windscreen is sized to fit over the foam windscreen included with the aforementioned microphones. First, make sure your foam windscreen has been slipped over the microphone, and then slide the SWS-250 over the foam windscreen. This will ensure maximal protection. The windscreen is fashioned out of high-quality faux fur material.
