Description
The 0102PDLF02/SB is a pencil point Soldering Tip and lead-free soldering will require higher working temperatures. In addition, the higher tin (Sn) content in the lead-free solder will greatly increase the stress degradation to the solder tip, thereby decreasing the life of the tip considerably. In order to increase the tip life, soldering tip manufacturers must adjust the amount of iron (Fe) plating on the tips. The base material made of highly conductive electrolytic copper ensures unhindered heat transfer from the heating element to the ERSADUR-LF coating.
