STM1001SBWX6F is a microprocessor reset circuit. It has low-power supervisory device used to monitor power supplies. It performs a single function asserting a reset signal whenever the VCC supply voltage drops below a preset value and keeping it asserted until VCC has risen above the preset threshold for a minimum period of time (trec).
- Open drain RST output
- 30ms or 140ms reset pulse width (min)
- Low supply current is 6µA (typ)
- Guaranteed RST assertion down to VCC is 1.0V
- Lead-free, small SOT23 package
- Reset threshold voltage is 2.85V to 3.00V
- RST pulse width (trec) is 20ms to 40ms
- Operating temperature range is â40°C to 85°C
- Supply voltage is 5.5V
