It lets the camera float weightlessly in a low mode without causing any spinal compression. Securing to the Ergorig, it transfers all the weight to the hips. The system features a quick release component that attaches to the camera handle, and a very strong elastic uptake band that secures on one end to the Ergorig and on the other end to the quick release component. Virtually any camera handle is supported. By adjusting the uptake band in the quick release, the camera height can quickly be adjusted from just under the shoulder all the way to the floor.
