GVM GVM-SLIDER-120 Overview
Instead of using a hardwired controller, the 47" Wireless Carbon Fiber Motorized Camera Slider from GVM lets you manage and control the motorized motion via an iOS/Android app from your smartphone or tablet. Set A to B travel points and keyframed time-lapse sessions over a wireless Bluetooth connection, and capture smooth and professional-looking video and images. This belt-driven slider can be used in horizontal as well as tripod-mount inclined setups, with up to 11 lb cameras supported horizontally. A ball head is included with the slider so that you can easily adjust the tilt and swivel position of your camera. A bubble level is built into the slider carriage for checking your camera's balance.
The mobile app allows you to set the sliding speed from 1 to 100%. The app has two modes: manual and automatic. In manual mode, you can just control back and forth slides from the app, and in auto mode, you can assign specific travel points and round-trip motion. For time-lapse shots, six camera control cables are included that let you connect virtually all popular cameras from Canon, Nikon, Panasonic, and Sony.
The motor is positioned on one end of the slider and features a Sony L-series battery plate. An included NP-F750 battery provides up to 10 hours of operational runtime. The slider is made with carbon fiber rails, which allow for a lighter design than aluminum rails.

Motorized slider
For the price this slider cannot be beat as it does a nice, smooth job... my main issue is it is too loud as the motor makes a hum which can be heard 5ft way and it slower speeds it produces a clicking sound. A new quieter motor would really make this a great production slider.

Easy to setup and very smooth the motors have plenty of power to move heavier cameras. Very excited to try it with some projects. It comes with a carrying case, so it will not get destroyed when moving it around for whatever you're using it for. Very well built and quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carbon fiber motorized camera slider is a wonderful machine. It is brilliantly designed. It is almost four feet long (47") and made up mostly of carbon fiber so it is light to carry. The camera moves very smoothly along the axis and you can position your shots multiple ways.
Good Camera Slider
This slider is perfect for my videography job. Very light weight, easy to use. Quite and smooth when moving, and I ski like you could use the app on your phone to control it.

And, it is durable too. This is important when it is being used a lot! It is made with carbon fiber, so it is lightweight but supports a lot of weight! The size is also great. It is 47 inches so the camera can slide quite a good distance! This slider is operated with an app, but it is super easy to get it set up. You just have to install the app on your phone, and then from there, you can input the speed you want it to slide, among other things! It can move slow, or fast. You are also able to control it manually or automatic. You get to assign different travel points too, which is cool! It also comes with cables as well, so you are able to connect pretty much any brand of camera to it! The battery life of this slider is also really good! You can get a good 10 hours of use out of it at a time! It's just a really cool camera slider, and it works really well! I highly recommend it! Give it a shot, you will be happy you did! Works flawlessly, very light

It comes in a very nice well padded and lightweight case. The slider is high quality and well built. The app to control the slider is easy and intuitive. Videos from the slider are super smooth, there is no motion coming from the motor at all.
