ikan PT-CASE-V2 Overview
This black ikan Rolling Hard Case for PT4500/PT4700 Teleprompter is manufactured for ikan by SKB. This iSeries case features an empty interior that fits the foam that is included with either the PT4500 or PT4700. This allows you to pack your teleprompter in the same foam and in the same manner that they were originally shipped to you. This impact-resistant case is made from injection-molded polypropylene copolymer resin to be resistant to UV radiation, solvents, corrosion, and fungi according to MIL-STD-810F standards. It is IP67-rated and gasket-sealed to make it dustproof and temporarily submersible.
Molded-in hinges, patented trigger-release latches, and padlock holes with stainless-steel protector clips add to the security of the case. Three rubber overmolded cushion grip handles snap into vertical/horizontal position for convenient carrying options. An integrated pull handle slides out of the back of the case, and integrated wheels allow it to be pulled along the ground when the case is packed. A built-in automatic ambient pressure equalization valve (MIL-STD-648C) allows for safe air travel. The case is made in the USA.
