Introducing the Thread Adaptor
Rode's Thread Adaptor handily solves a common problem in production: the innate differences among different thread sizes, which can cause issues when mounting a device to a boom arm or a boompole. With this universal adaptor kit, you can mount a range of audio/video recording devices onto any boompole, studio arm, or mic stand.
The Thread Adaptor integrates 1/4, 3/8, and 5/8" threads into a single device, attaching to a handy carabiner, so you can easily clip this handy adaptor kit to your person. Since the Thread Adaptor can be configured to connect any standard thread in the industry to any common mount, the kit is a lifesaver on production sets, in the studio, and on location.
