Sachtler PTZ Tripod & Dolly System Overview
Mount a PTZ camera weighing up to 26.5 lb onto a durable, rolling tripod platform designed to support your camera in a studio with the PTZ Tripod & Dolly System from Sachtler. This bundle includes a two-stage aluminum tripod that supports loads up to 44 lb, a tripod dolly, a 75mm half ball adapter, a tie-down handle, and a PTZ camera plate that supports up to 26.5 lb. The tripod system is designed to work with a camera alone without a teleprompter.
The Sachtler and Vinten PTZ accessory plates are designed for simple mounting of a PTZ camera to the widest range of tripods and pedestals. Simply select the correct plate and interface for your chosen camera support Any PTZ camera where the tapped mounting holes on the underside are in line with the lens centre of the camera. To fit to the bottom of a prompter bracket when the PTZ is mounted to a prompter.
The Sachtler Tie-Down Knob is used to secure an Ace or any 75mm ball head to a compatible tripod or hi-hat. This tie-down features a long, triangular grip.
Designed to support ultra-light camcorders and DSLR/mirrorless camera builds, this 75/2 Mark II Aluminum Tripod features a strong set of two-stage aluminum with a 44 lb load capacity. This tripod requires a separately available ground or mid-level spreader. Depending on which spreader you use, the height range can span 16.6 to 62.2" or 24.8 to 60.6", respectively. A 75mm bowl and three 3/8"-16 mounting threads help attach a fluid head of your choice. Use the carry handle to transport the tripod to the set.
The Dolly 75 from Sachtler provides smooth and stable dolly action for all 75mm tripods. It features independent wheel locks and a collapsed length of only 25". The ergonomically designed carry handle is molded into the dolly's reinforced center bracket for optimum carriage strength.
