Description
The 70-0160-3919-3 from 3M is a Kapton polyimide film tape with silicone adhesive designed for high temperature applications. This tape is used as mask of gold fingers in printed circuit boards during wave solder and also used for the purpose of release surface in fabrication of parts cured at elevated temperatures.
