APC AP8659NA3 Overview
Introduce outlet-level switching and monitoring to your racks and enclosures with the AP8659NA3 Metered Rack Power Distribution Unit 2G from APC. This PDU has been designed to provide power cycling, outlet locking, rebooting, and power sequencing control through a NEMA L6-20P input. The 21 IEC C13 outlets along with the 3 IEC C19 outlets provide ample room for connections in your rack or enclosure. Interface options are provided through an RJ12 serial and RJ45 Base-T Ethernet port, while the integrated USB-A port can be used to deploy firmware upgrades via a flash drive. Also present is a networking port for use with the optional APC Temp and Humidity Sensor.
LEDs that notify you of status conditions such as warnings and overload indicators are built into this PDU. Users can define the alarms to suit preferred parameters, and each outlet features dedicated metering as well as on/off switching for easy power sequencing and shedding as well as preventing unauthorized use of specific outlets. Featuring a load capacity of 3300VA, this PDU delivers 230V at 20A. Designed to be installed vertically on racks or enclosures, the APC AP8659NA3 comes with mounting hardware and features a 9.8' power cord.
