ASUS TUF GAMING Z890-PLUS WIFI Overview
Designed primarily for first time builders, the ASUS TUF GAMING Z890-PLUS WIFI Motherboard may be outfitted to provide immersive entertainment and high-quality content creation experiences. With support for Intel Core Ultra series 2 desktop processors with the LGA 1851 socket, this ATX motherboard delivers smooth performance for creative applications and AI workloads.
Install an M.2 PCIe 5.0 SSD alongside three PCIe 4.0 drives, providing you with plenty of space to store your games library, applications, and multimedia files. Four SATA III connectors are also available. The four DDR5 DIMM slots support up to 192GB. You can install a powerful graphics card into the available PCIe 5.0 x16 slot while reserving the PCIe 4.0 x16 (x4 mode), PCIe 4.0 x4, and dual PCIe 4.0 x1 slots for other compatible expansions.
The rear panel features one Thunderbolt 4 port that can transfer up to 40 Gb/s with compatible devices or connect a USB-C compatible 8K display. There is also a 20 Gb/s USB-C port alongside two USB-A and one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port that work with 10 Gb/s devices. You can use the three USB-A 2.0 ports for keyboards, mice, and other peripherals.
