Autoscript EVO-IP Overview
Sporting a thin monitor designed to interface directly with WinPlus-IP software, the Autoscript EVO-IP Portable On-Camera Package with 15" Prompt Monitor features a quick-release system with a portable medium-sized carbon fiber monitor hood that reduces setup and breakdown time and is designed for handheld, field ENG production. The monitor is IP ready and supports LAN as well as HD-SDI and composite inputs, providing you choice in how you get your text into your prompter system.
Along with its thin and lightweight design, the monitor also features improved cable connection over previous models. The medium carbon fiber hood folds to protect the glass during transport and storage, while allowing you to use wide lenses without vignetting. Integrated tally lights with tally pass through enables you to use this prompter in a multicam shoot. The monitor allows for an optional talent monitor and timecode clock.
Features
The monitor is IP ready, which allows it to network directly to WinPlus-IP (not included) for simple integration and synchronization without a scroll box.
This prompter model comes with a medium-sized hood, smaller than the full-size, making it more portable and suited for ENG field production. The design and construction of the hood reduces setup time and protects glass during transportation.
No counterbalance needed for most camera/lens configurations.
The Intelligent Prompting mounting system enables rapid setup with assured lens/prompt monitor alignment.
