Beyerdynamic DT-290 MK II Overview
The Beyerdynamic DT-290-MKII Light Headset with Dynamic Microphone is designed for sportscasters, intercom, talkback, and on-air commentary applications. The unit consists of a pair of closed over-ear stereo headphones with a neodymium transducer and a frequency response between 10 and 30,000 Hz.
Attached to the headphones is a dynamic hypercardioid microphone on a pivoting gooseneck boom. The gooseneck microphone can swivel to work on either the left or the right side of the headset and placed in an upright position when not in use. The headset comes with an adjustable soft padded headband, soft swiveling ear cushions, and is made of parts that are easy to service and replace. A detachable cable is sold separately and comes in a variety of options.
